Do I need to give you my flight details?

In a word, yes. Just tell us your flight number and your preferred pickup time from home, and we’ll be there to collect you and your luggage (and the kids!).

Inevitably, any commercial flight can be early, on time, or delayed (and airport baggage can be in a time warp!). Our drivers can access a live online flight tracker, that show us arrivals and departures in real time, so we know about any delays. Generally, your driver will aim to be in the terminal car park 30 minutes after your plane has landed. If your flight is delayed we will adjust your collection time.

IMPORTANT: You must inform us of any flight number changes asap. Please call us at 01252 674646. Our online flight tracker will keep us informed of any delays or cancellations, but that’s no use if your flight number has changed or you have booked new flights.

Can I catch a taxi to Terminal 1 Heathrow?

Heathrow Terminal 1 closed in 2015 and is now only used for training and the baggage system for Terminal 2.
