Yateley train station drop off and collect

Yateley doesn’t have its own railway station, so you’re going to need transport to join the rail network.

• Our experienced drivers can collect you and your luggage and drive you to Fleet station via the shortest route across country, for trains up to London Waterloo or south to Bournemouth for a day beside the sea. Or add a couple of miles to your journey and catch the train from Farnborough Main, where more trains stop.
• For the GWR Reading to Redhill line, pre-book one of our taxis and private hire vehicles from home to your choice of Sandhurst or Blackwater stations (Blackwater has more trains stopping per hour.)

Airport taxi transfers to Gatwick airports

Blackwater and Sandhurst stations are on the main line from Reading to Redhill, and trains onwards to Gatwick Airport.

It can be tempting to use this train service for Gatwick airport as the average travel time is around 1hr 15mins BUT there are a few things to consider. (Timings are from Blackwater Station.)

• Trains do not run 24 hours.
• The first train during the week from Blackwater is at 04:49am, which would get you to Gatwick at approx. 6am, too late for check-ins for early international flights. At weekends, the first train only leaves Blackwater at 06:27am, too late for early flights and check-ins.
• The last fast train back from Gatwick to Blackwater at the weekend leaves the airport at 23.05pm (weekdays at 23.22pm). If your evening flight home is delayed, or your luggage takes its time to arrive, you could easily miss this train. And with no parking at Blackwater station, you’ll still need to get home.

Minley Manor is a stunning venue that looks like a French chateau, and is set in its own private estate. It’s also a ‘dry hire’ exclusive use venue, which means you bring everything in for your wedding or event, so you can tailor it precisely to your requirements.

There is no onsite hotel room accommodation at Minley Manor (just an option for camping if you wish). The upside of this is there are no other hotel guests to disturb. The downside is that all your guests need to stay overnight at local hotels or elsewhere.
