Once registered, you can book via the free YLC booking app or online, bringing your local taxi expenses and airport transfer costs together for easier accounting and budgeting. To give your employees and colleagues access, just provide them with the login to your corporate account online.

If you are happy to allow employees to book their own taxis, they can simply download the app onto their phones to book and pay for their own taxi travel. All journeys are recorded in their app, along with receipts, so they can claim back expenses as normal. To pay, your staff can add their contactless credit, debit, corporate cards, or Apple Pay details to their app.

In a word, no!

Absolutely! All travel you have booked ahead or taken in the past are securely logged in your corporate app regardless of how you booked them – via phone or app. All authorised transactions are also safely stored in your Corporate account which you can view anytime. Every individual app-booked journey is confirmed to the account holder with an emailed receipt, making claiming expenses so much easier.

At YLC, everyone pays the same rates whether corporate or private travel. Our prices vary for different vehicle types and sizes, and of course the distance travelled. Use the YLC app for an instant quote for any journey, so you know exactly how much it will cost before you book. There’s no need to pay for every journey at the time, as we will send you a monthly VAT invoice to your accounts team.
